Stories By:
Curtis Chou is a science communicator, puzzle enthusiast, and all-around adventure seeker. Curtis’s preferred bubble tea order is half-sweet strawberry milk tea with pearls and less ice.
Tess Conrad holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from SFU and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She uses her training and passion for storytelling and building relationships to help non-profits carry out their missions. Currently, she is the Manager of Community & Fund Development at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, and is an advocate to get checked.
Cassie Barradas is a comedian, writer, and pizza enthusiast who's been published in Reader's Digest more times than you can count on one hand, but less times than you can count on two. A former member of the Second City House Company and a current performer with Queerprov, they love improv almost as much as they love their cats: a lot.
Josh Silberg is a scientist, science communicator, Ogden Nash fan, and easily distracted by odd animals. For his day job, he helps researchers at the Hakai Institute share their coastal science. He moonlights as a producer for The Story Collider in Vancouver.
