STORIES BY:

Amy Segal works in finance by day but by night finds herself drawn to storytelling shows on the Lower East Side. She once won $200 in one-dollar bills at a One Up! storytelling competition and started wondering how many more wins she’d need before she could quit her job. She is a regular at MothSlams, has studied with Seth Barrish at The Barrow Group in New York and has been featured on The Story Collider podcast. One day, she hopes to introduce herself at cocktail parties as a writer.

Sabrina Imbler is a writer based in Brooklyn. They currently work as a reporting fellow on the science and health desk of The New York Times. They are the author of the chapbook Dyke (geology). Their first book, an essay collection about sea creatures called How Far the Light Reaches, is forthcoming with Little, Brown in December 2022.

Sandi Marx is a NY based storyteller, who can be heard on a multitude of podcasts such as Risk, Story Collider and many more. She’s been featured regularly at Generation Women, Out By Ten and all over the country. Sandi performed her sold-out solo show, “ The Shit Show” at Joe’s Pub and is currently the subject of her festival award winning documentary, “The Fabulist” to be released in 2022. After a long career as a talent agent, retirement wasn’t as satisfying as writing and performing. A mother of three adult children and a proud new grandmother, Sandi is thrilled to be back working in a post pandemic world.
