My name is Teesta Naskar, originally from the vibrant and diverse land of India. Growing up amidst the versatile cultures of my country, I developed into a colorful and self-exploring personality with a highly adaptable nature. After completing my schooling, graduation, and eventually my PhD, I embarked on a journey to the land of opportunity, where I found myself drawn to the bustling energy of New York City. I am inherently a serious science enthusiast, professionally I am more a neuroscientist, less a geneticist, love data science, computational biology, can spend entire my days and nights on solving codes. However, my passion for work, family, literature, arts, music, and travel fuels my everyday endeavors. Upon arriving in NYC, I was captivated by its cultural mosaic and vibrant essence, which inspired me to delve deeper into its myriad experiences. Life, to me, is an unpredictable adventure, filled with promises and challenges. Each day presents new opportunities to create lasting memories, which I cherish dearly. I find solace in preserving these moments and uncovering the stories within them. As I continue to navigate through life, I embrace its uncertainties with an open heart and an unwavering belief in the beauty of the unknown.
