Stories by:

Sarah Adelman is a born and bred New Yorker, former fertility research scientist, and stand up comedian. She performs regularly at all the top NYC comedy clubs and independent shows, can be seen on two episodes of HBO Game Theory and has over 35,000 followers across her platforms . Her content has been featured on The Today Show, NBC News, Meta, the 92nd Street Y, and more. Sarah graduated Cum Laude from Dartmouth College in 2019 and earned her Masters of Public Health from Columbia University in 2021. She trained as a research scientist in NYC where she studied fertility and ran human subjects trials at a sperm bank. Her one hour comedy solo show, EGG, brings audiences through her hilarious and heartfelt coming-of-age journey to her present-day career in science, the day-to-day of studying male reproduction, why she started comedy, and culminates in an earth-shattering clash of her two worlds. EGG premiered in June 2024.

Harper-Rose Drummond is an LA based comedian and cohost of the podcast Tea Time. She is epileptic, queer but the gayest thing about her is that she does musical improv on the side. Her comedic style is fast paced animated storytelling with aside comments that are always unhinged. Chaotically honest, raw and sweet she brings levity to dark topics such as D/A, childhood trauma, and the trials and tribulations of dating.

Shiraz Belblidia was born and raised in Southern California before moving to New York for college. After graduating from Barnard, she spent several years trying her hand at different applications of biomedical science (academia, clinical, biotech, etc). She found her passion in science policy when she completed a master's in biomedical science policy and advocacy from Georgetown and was accepted into a fellowship at the US Dept of Health and Human Services (HHS) in Washington, DC. She is currently a PhD student in microbiology at NYU School of Medicine and will be completing her thesis research at the NIH in Bethesda.

Diana Aydin is a comedian, screenwriter, and performer who's written for animated series like Alma's Way, Rubble & Crew, and LEGO DUPLO Adventures. She studied comedy at UCB and The Second City, and her original animated comedy series, Unibrow, was recently optioned. Her work is inspired by her Syriac culture, her quiet suburban New York upbringing, and that one time she had brain surgery. You can find her every month wandering The PIT, where she co-hosts a monthly comedy variety show, Gauze!, about all things medical.

Noah Guiberson is a neuroscientist who studies how brain cells try (and sometimes fail) to communicate with each other. When he’s not pipetting, he co-hosts Facts Machine – a science comedy show (and science trivia showdown) by and for people who are curious about everything, but especially the things that make them laugh!
