Friday, July 10 at 7 pm ET, join us for our online live show! Three storytellers from the Story Collider team and beyond will be sharing their stories on the theme "Home," and we'll invite our audience to share their ten-word stories as well!

Anicca Harriot is a Biochemistry & Molecular Biology PhD Candidate at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Her research focuses on the mechanisms responsible for skeletal muscle atrophy and injury. Anicca plans to use her degree to explore the effects of long duration space missions on the human body and hopes to someday venture out into the final frontier for herself. Anicca also serves as the Chief of Community Development for #VanguardSTEM: Conversations for Women of Color in STEM, a non-profit dedicated to lifting the voices of women and non-binary people of color in STEM. Parmvir Bahia is a neuroscientist. By day she works at the University of South Florida studying diseases of the airways. By night, she's the CEO of a science outreach nonprofit called Scientists Inc.
Parmvir loves running, hiking and traveling, when such things are permitted. Right now her primary activity is learning to say "no" to shiny new outreach projects. Follow her on twitter @pbiwan.

Paula Croxson is a neuroscientist, science communicator, musician and open water swimmer. She received an M.A. from the University of Cambridge and a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. from the University of Oxford before moving to New York to run a neuroscience lab. She is now Associate Director for Public Programs at Columbia University's Zuckerman Institute. She is also the flautist in alternative rock band Marlowe Grey and nerdy rock band Pavlov’s Dogz. The swimming is apparently for “fun.” Follow her @PaulaCroxson
