Rob Boffard is a South African writer. He has written for The Guardian, Wired Magazine, the BBC, and more. He has published five novels worldwide, and his books have been translated into multiple languages. His latest novel, Adrift, is about a group of space tourists who have a truly terrible day.

Lorna Dawa is a comedic storyteller born and raised in Kenya and gladly calling Vancouver her new home. As a recent graduate from Simon Fraser University she uses her Psychology background and fascination with everyday experiences to tell tales of her past and her present. She has graced the stage on Story Story Lie at the Rio theatre, performed at the Vancouver Story Slam, New Westminister Story slam and BCs Funniest Female Competition. Lorna continuous to elate comedy fans with her insightful sense of humor at weekly shows around the lower mainland.

Kevin Kokoska is psychotherapist, actor, and teacher. He offers clinical counselling and creative consulting services through his private practice, Kokoska & Co., performs one-person plays about mental health, and teaches in the Family & Community Counselling program at Native Education College. His last name, loosely translated, means "broody hen".

Jordan Hollarsmith is a marine biologist at Simon Fraser University with a PhD from the University of California (Davis). Her research focuses on how marine species survive the cocktail of modern stressors, from climate change to fishing with bombs, and how governments can sustainably manage marine resources given all this stress. She has worn many hats in her career, including as a coral gardener in the Dominican Republic, a kangaroo wrangler in Australia, an ROV operator in Mexico, and a Navy-certified diver in Chile. When not on the water or trapped at her desk, she is likely swing dancing.

Soo Jeong is originally from Korea and is the 2019 Vancouver Story Slam Champion. She is a storyteller and a comic who is self-described as delightful as fuck. She enjoys romantic walks on the beach and prefers food over affection.
